Branch Manager: Hans Hoefnagels
Session Days: Our morning exercise sessions are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, starting at 6.00am (running group), 6.30am, 7.00am and 7.45am under the guidance and support of Hans Hoefnagels who, over many years has been involved in sports coaching and management of fitness centres and spas. Initially you would exercise with me around the field. Once fit enough the members will go off on different routes on the road.
